TWO42 Building Consultants has been David’s brainchild for many years and is the culmination of over 20 years’ experience in the building industry in South Australia.
TWO42 Building Consultants draws on the experience of David being at the forefront of construction in both a hands-on role and a management roll. Since 2007, David was employed in multiple Construction Management roles completed in 2019 with 10 years being in the role of Construction Manager/Coordinator for the South Australian Housing Trust and the Government Authority Renewal SA. This vast experience administering multiple programs for some of the biggest State and Federal Government residential construction programs in recent history, has meant TWO42 Building Consultants has kept up with all the latest trends and construction methods available today.
One of the key roles David had was to inspect properties on behalf of the South Australian Government to ensure that the asset was built to their strict requirements. Whether it be a new home or established dwelling, one of David’s many roles was to inspect and report on the integrity of all construction programs and potential purchases to ensure the long-term stability of the asset. This same service is now one of the key services that TWO42 Building Consultants can offer you.
Furthermore, David has an extensive amount of experience in overseeing the construction of some 2500 new dwellings over the past 10 years. This included scheduling, programming, onsite consultation, complex problem solving and quality control. It was vital that David provided accurate reports to key stakeholders allowing for favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
All facets of the building process are familiar to David and he has extensive experience with residential building work, brick and sentimental paving, carpentry and joinery, painting and retaining walls.
